วิธีแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
1. สำหรับ Windows® 2000/XP Users:
Click Start => Printers and Faxes.
สำหรับ Windows Vista® Users:
Click Start =>Control Panel => Printers.
2. คลิกขวาที่ไอคอนปริ๊นเตอร์ แล้วเลือก properties
3.เลือกไปที่ tab ที่เขียนว่า Advance แล้วติ๊กออกตรงช่อง Enable advanced printing features
4. กด Apply เพื่อ save ที่เราเซ็ตไว้ แล้วกด ok
